CSCC's Santosh Gaddam was a good all-rounder find, bolstering its top order as an opening lefty batsman, a lefty off spinner and an awesome fielder both in the slips and on boundaries. He ended the season with 400+ runs, 14 wickets and 12 catches.
Against LCC-L, when a huge target of 274 was set for CSCC-Stars, Santosh played an attacking innings, playing some very stylish cricketing shots where he made 67 off 48 balls 81 off 40 balls with 8 fours and 2 sixes, putting up some resistance to the LCC bowling attack. While CSCC was on the losing side, his batting provided some consolation to CSCC's reasonable fight back and a decent score on the board, and he also achieved his maiden CCL half-century and first in Twenty20. He had taken a good catch to get rid of danger man Bodha earlier, else the carnage could have been worse.

On the fight back, Santosh put on a batting display of finding the boundary with 10 fours and a six in his 69 off 56 balls, along with a 114 run opening partnership, that pretty much won the game for CSCC by 8 wickets.
