Memorial Day - Lets Honor Their Great Sacrifice

To many Americans, Memorial Day is the official kick-off of Summer. Others think that it’s a special day because it’s a day off from work. But most importantly of all it’s a day created for remembering, with honor and respect, the amazing men and women who gave their very lives serving their country to protect our freedom.

Known as the "Land of the Free" and the "Home of the Brave", that FREEDOM and its preservation requires and comes with great sacrifice, which they served with honor and integrity, as they left their comfortable homes and loved ones behind to fight with strength and courage.

Let us express our thanks to God, our country, and their families for the sacrifice of these brave men and women and for the freedom they fought and fell to preserve.

This Memorial Day, lets honor those who sacrificed ALL protecting our freedom and mourn with those left behind. Their legacy of freedom lives on.

John 15:13 states, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”
