THIS WEEKEND - 2018 Rocky Mountain State Games ready to take off - Schedule
With almost 9,000 athletes already registered for competition in 42 sports in Olympic City USA
The 17th annual Rocky Mountain States Games get rolling at full tilt this weekend in Colorado Springs with competition in more than 20 sports over weekend #1. The Rocky Mountain State Games take place primarily over the last two weekends in July (20-22 & 27-29), with most competitions in Colorado Springs, Olympic City USA.
The Games make up Colorado's largest multi-sport festival for athletes of all ages and athletic abilities, including those with physical disabilities or visual impairment.
Since 2002, the RMSG has attracted more than 113,500 participants (61,900+ from outside El Paso County), 170,250+ spectators, 1,300+ military personnel, spouses and family members. More than 10,000 athletes have competed annually since 2014 in the Games.
Archery, Baseball, Track & Field, Basketball, Cricket, Diving, Field Hockey, Lacrosse, Pickleball, and Volleyball are just a sample of the big weekend in store for competitors from across Colorado and the region.

The LeatherBall tournament will have the North Zone games played at Lower Garden Arces ground in Longmont, and the Central & South Zone games will be played at Memorial Park Rose Bowl and Criterium grounds in Colorado Springs.
Thanks to Bodhayan Chakraborty we will have the LeatherBall Schedule and Matches ready on CricClubs to be scored on.
The TennisBall tournament will have their games played at Lower Garden Arces ground in Longmont, Green Valley Ranch in Denver, and at Memorial Park Rose Bowl and John Venezia Park in Colorado Springs.
The John Venezia Community Park is an astroturf facility that has flood lights. We have the unique opportunity to play on that field, and for the first time "under lights"
