CCL AGM on Saturday 1-Dec-2018 3pm to 7pm in Denver

The CCL AGM will be held on December 1st, 2018 (Saturday) from 3pm to 7pm in the Denver area. Exact location in Denver will be shared with you all soon. Dinner/Snacks/Drinks details will be provided soon as well.

Along with AGM, we will have the Awards ceremony as well that day.

CCL-EC is requesting every team LMC to send in their proposals by November 17th, 2018 end of the day. Please make sure to explain your proposals in detail with examples (if/when needed). If you want to see any changes in the next year, this is your time to propose them.

Along with the proposals, we are also requesting nominations for all the CCL officers positions for 2019.
Please refer to below link to find out the available CCL officer positions and their responsibilities.
http://www.coloradocricket.org/cclofficers.php

Please note that EC has decided to have bulk of the discussions related to each proposal received in the LMC itself before the actual AGM, so that we can reserve the time at the AGM to just vote and keep the process flowing constantly. The discussion time-frame for proposals will be from November 18th to November 30th in the LMC (via email and/or polls).

Thank you
Naveen
CCL-EC Secretary
