Note from CCL sponsor Mr. Vibhu Grover, founder and owner of USWIDE FINANCIALS (www.uswidefinancial.com)

I came to US in 2000 as a student right after high School. I went to college in MO from 2000-2004, graduated with a Bachelors in Accounting, Information Systems and Economics. I pretty much worked through college and paid for 50% of it from my own pocket. Right after graduation, I started to work for a mortgage company in the accounting department. Within 6 months, before I knew it, I learned about the business and within 2 years I became the vice president of the company. I was practically taking care of all IP, Operations, and Sales. Starting 2008, as you know, the market was in turmoil and the company was on the door step of closing their doors. Given the economy there were no jobs, especially in the mortgage world.

I had no options left. In March of 2009 I started my own mortgage company from my basement. Believe me, that was the roughest time in my life not only due to job and business situation, but also from financial strains from back home. All friends were in financial strains too, so I really didn’t get any help. I got down to my last savings of $2k. I was determined to make my business successful since there were no other options. Looking back, it was the best decision of my life. As they say, you really know yourself and inner of you when you are in the most extreme situations. By God’s grace all worked out.

Starting 2010 I had a couple of employees and the rest is history. Too much to put in writing but I hope you get the idea. Today US Wide financial is licensed in 21 states. We are a team of 16 people and growing. My primary focus was online business via various platforms like Google, Bankrate, etc. and customers found us, which lead to closed business.

During this time, we had started a cricket league in Saint Louis. I was quite active player and a pretty good player too😊. Anyway, I sponsored the league but never tried to commercialize myself and there weren’t too many of our people buying homes like this. But slowly, they started to come to me for help and guidance. Not to mention good deal. Too many people were taking advantage of our people which I couldn’t stand, so, I actively got involved with the community as business grew.

I am quite active in the Saint Louis Indian community. Would like you to come over sometime? Anyway…I hope all it worked out and was a win-win for all.

Now the question everyone asks me. Why are we different?

Since I own my own company there is no middleman. If you go to a different mortgage company most likely you deal with the employees not the owner. So, the owner/company and the loan officer both have to make money which is not the case for me. I am the company and the loan office so for half the price you get better rates and the service. We keep our profits very low and pass the benefit to our customers; which means, they all give my name out. Before I knew it, the business model worked very well. Rather than giving money to big companies for advertising I would rather give it to my own community. Not to mention I understand the language and culture which makes it easy for Indian Customer to approach me.

I just don’t sell a rate or closing cost but overall financial planning and how it can affect their financial situation. Our main core are trust, integrity, commitment, and relationship. If none of these are there we don’t want to do business and it goes both ways. If you check out our website we keep live rates to get a quote without giving out any personal information. I believe in giving information before anybody commits to us so no typical car sales man mentality and no pressure.

The end goal is how I can help in the best possible way with the right and honest advice accompanied with the best deal so the customer can pass my name on. We all feel good about saying my guy is the best call them. I love that and it is majority of my business.

Here are some links for our reviews:
https://www.zillow.com/lender-profile/US%20Wide%20Financial/
http://www.bankrate.com/mortgage/mortgage-lenders/USWideFinancialLLC/5230

If you read our reviews it should pretty much tell you everything about us and who we are. At the end of the day, we want to be the price leader and give the best deal without compromising the service, which is what I believe in when I am buying anything. So, in the end I do my business as I would like to be treated when I am shopping for anything. Why put somebody in a grey area when there is one 1 shade of black and white but grey comes in various colors 😊 I hope this tells you enough about me and US Wide Financial.

Colorado Cricket League - FREE AD for a month

In an effort to keep the CCL website buzzing with activity & with news articles, CCL-EC is making sure to communicate more effectively to the LMC and the general CCL membership.

Based on the response of this promotion, we may extend the offer to other non-CCL member businesses.

If there are businesses that sponsor individual clubs, we would be willing to extend the offer to them as a BIG THANK YOU for their support.

Requirements:
1) A jpeg/gif file with resolution of width: 380 pixels and height: 50 pixels
2) Link to their website
3) Contact info: Name, Address, ph#, email address
